I started Grindstone Rentals in 2024 with a simple goal: bring the same level of care I'd want for my own home to every property I manage. Based right here in Oregon, we offer full-service short-term rental management and operate our own stays too — so everything we do for clients, we've already tested on our own properties first. When I'm not managing bookings or scouting the next property, you'll usually find me out on the golf course. Spending time in the outdoors is one of the main reasons I love this great state!

What started as managing our own two properties has grown into something bigger. Every system we use, every process we follow, we built it first to run our own stays — then refined it for the owners who trust us with theirs. Nothing we offer is theoretical; it's tested.
